Cappuccino is a warm, tasty style for use with the Thesis WordPress theme. It possesses subtle textures and highlights that compliment all kinds of post styles and images.
Features
- Widgetised Multimedia Box and Footer
- Styles for multi-level dropdowns
- Unique in-post styles
- Custom archives template, listing posts by category
Cappuccino 1.1 requires Thesis 1.8.1.
Installation instructions
- Upload custom.css, custom_functions.php and the images directory to your Thesis custom folder
- Set font and colours by uploading the included design options file with the Thesis Options Manager.
If you have other design options you wish to keep make a note of them, because uploading this file will set all except the custom options for the skin to Thesis defaults.
That’s it! Enjoy!

Thank you for your work, you have helped me a great deal is my first adventure with Thesis!
All the best of success to you!
Hi Kristen,
Just downloaded your Cappuccino theme again in case you have changed or upgraded it. Installed it and as always it preformed great and gives me a good start on my re-design with Thesis.
It is so easy to make changes and really no instructions are needed. I will be very interested in your paid themes with you get going with them.
Are you going to be building any plugin’s?
Thanks again,
Steve / ESM
Thanks Steve :)
Yes! I will be making some plugins, and some more themes.
But Steve, you’re not using this skin at http://esmconcepts.com/ are you?
Hi Dee,
Yes, that is the Cappuccino skin.
I have changed the header and footer colors and added my own header image, but the rest is basic Thesis with Kristen’s skin as the base.
Hi Kristen,
I could use your help. I would like to remove the “Subscribe” Icon in the upper-right-hand corner of the Cappuccino skin. I am already using a widget in the sidebar for my feeds, and this icon is now extra. Could you please tell me how I can do this? Thanks for your help!
David. :)
David — Uncheck the option to show the subscribe link in the nav menu, under the Thesis Site Options.
Hi Kristen,
Thanks very much! I didn’t realize that it was that simple.
David :)
